A rare find in Assam: a diesel-automatic Audi at a fraction of what a comparable new luxury sedan costs today. Second owner, 79,356 km, 1968cc diesel, 7-speed automatic. Glacier White. Registered August 2015 in Guwahati.
New in 2015, an A3 in this range cost ₹22.95–34.06 lakh ex-showroom, ₹26.50–40.50 lakh on-road, depending on variant. Audi has since discontinued the A3 in India — the closest new equivalent, the A4, now costs ₹46.88–55.83 lakh ex-showroom and ₹53.21–66.94 lakh on-road in Assam.
On today's used market, 2015 A3 35 TDI examples nationally value between ₹7.35–14 lakh depending on variant and condition. Delhi-NCR's 10-year diesel rule pushes cars registered there closer to ₹5–6.5 lakh, but this car is registered and located in Assam, which has no such restriction. At ₹10.6 lakh, it sits in the middle of that national range, and is a fraction of what either the original A3 or a new A4 costs today.
No major dents or panel damage visible. Fitness valid until 2030. The car is fitted with an RS3-style grille, bumper and badging — styling only; it remains the A3 35 TDI, not a factory RS3.
Two paperwork items to note: insurance and pollution certificate have both lapsed and will need renewing, and the car is financed through ICICI Bank — confirm hypothecation status before buying.
